3. You will receive two follow up emails. Please read both emails carefully.


- A confirmation email with information about placement testing and registering for classes.


- An account set up email with your Carroll ID number, Username, Carroll email address, and directions for how to set up your student email account. This email may take 24-48 hours to arrive. Please check your Junk or SPAM folders if you do not receive it.

Current Students including previous Dual Enrollment Students

DO NOT complete an application. Contact your academic advisor for help registering for next semester’s courses or to change your program - advise@carrollcc.edu or 410-386-8435.


Honors Program Applicants

Complete the main application first, then supplemental applications and document requests will become available on the application Overview page. 

If you have already submitted your main application (including returning dual students), login above to return to the Overview screen. Use the username and password you created when you completed your original application not your username for your college accounts. If you don’t remember your username and password, use the Forgot your Username and/or password link.


Students who have not taken a class for 2 or more years

Follow the directions above for new students to reapply. Use the username and password you created when you completed your original application not the username for your college accounts. If you don’t remember your username and password, use the Forgot your username and/or password link.
