You will need to use a personal email account to apply. This account can only be used one time to apply. For example if you have a family @gmail account and another family member has applied using this email address, you will need to create another email address now to get started. Do not use a Carroll County Public Schools email as you may not receive important confirmation emails.

Once you have submitted your main application (or if you are a returning dual student), log in to return to the Overview screen to submit your honors program application and request additional documents
