Videography Request Form
High-definition digital camcorders are available for faculty and student use. In addition, the Media Services staff creates a plan each year to be able to prioritize and meet as many of the college community's videography and video creation needs as possible. To request that your project be included in this plan, please complete this form.
Requests should be submitted no less than six weeks in advance of the event to increase the probability for approval. This information will assist us to accommodate as many events as practical by the best means possible. The Event Organizer shall be responsible for getting all signed Release and Authorization Forms to Media Services before the event begins. No video recording may proceed without this signed consent from each participant. The Release and Authorization Forms may be picked up in the Media Office (L189). Allow enough time to send and receive signed release form(s).
